Hi does anyone know were to buy a mass flow sensor for a seat leon tdi 1.9 se y rg?

Answers:
You could go to a Seat main dealer, Air mass meters are really common usual symptoms are lacks power and sluggish and holds back at motorway speeds. As Seat is part of VAG, a golf or passat air mass meter costs around 66 pounds + vat and is an exchange unit. Never tried fitting a non-genuine unit. Could try aftermarket unit but considering the age of your vehicle I'd go main agent. Better to be safe than sorry.
from your local seat dealer.
sounds daft but try Ebay, there is load of stuff like that on there cheap!
Go to uk site of BBA they will have one at a lot less than Seat price.Regards mick

A mate of mine has a 1.9tdi 130 leon and he replced the air mass meter with one from a Mercedes c class. Its almost an exact fit but is about half the price if the VW group item and it even had the same connectors on it. He had to modify the mounting brackets a little bit but it was no great drama. Hes a bit of a whizz with the VW group diesels and he reckons it has added a couple of BHP to the car as well.
