You could revert to the old method, which was to employ a runner with a cleft stick, it may take awhile though. I hear the Post Office are doing a fairly good service these days, i think there is one in most Towns. Good Luck.
I believe amazon and ebay do International shipping, check it out.
Just take it to the post office bubble wrapped and papered and they will sort it out.
