Answers:
Hi if you go on to the DVLA website theres a bit on there were you can report abandon cars all they want to know is its details and where it is and is it being used on the road Ive put yes before and the legal owner gets a letter from them asking for back tax to be paid within the next 14 days or go to court the car will soon be move Ive done it 3 times now and it works
set fire to it
you're not getting in if it's deadlocked like you say, sorry only way is through a window,
OR go underneath it and cut the handbrake cable at each wheel station.
Put a notice on it saying that if it is not removed in 7 days then arrangements will be made for disposal at the owners expense if ever traced, then ask your local scrapdealer to come and shift it, keeping all paperwork
If you remove the weather stripping around one fo the rear windows and then remove the glass you will then be able to access the interior of the vehicle, thus unlocking it and solving your problem.
Chock The WHEELS
go underneath and cut the handbrake cables to the rear wheels,
remove the chocks and Push it into the street.
Or just tie it to another car or 4x4 and drag it int the street.
I would just smash the window though, or bend the door top back usuing a large screwdriver.
Or just phone your local scrap yard that collect cars for free,
drill the lock
Well if it's been dumped then just brake the window. Who cares person who dumped it isnt to bothered about the car are they.
you probably will have a steering problem too. if that is not a prob. just reach underneath with metal cutters and cut the cable.
