My security code is four digits 9047 (not really but similar) my question is that the numbers only go from 1-6 so how do I put the other digits in?

Once you are at the stage to lock/unlock your radio security code, it is likely that either your buttons do a double duty IE: 1/6 2/7 3/8 4/9 5/0 depending on whether you press it once or twice or, you use the up/down function of the radio's seek or volume control to change the number in each field and then must change to the next position and repeat. You can also take the car to a dealer who "should" be happy to show you (customer loyalty thing) or perhaps look at an online manual for your model.
