I have a car bmw when i drive all lights in dash board flicks on&off please advice me?

if a light was replaced recently with the wrong type of bulb it could be causing the lights to blink. other than that i would say it's a short in the system or a fuse that's barely hanging on by a thread, check the fuse for the interior lights
sounds like either a short or a loose wire
look for short in the wire to dash also ck dash light fuse
take it to a garage

I think that you are driving a disco not a car.
check the battery connections. also waggle the ignition key, it could be a dodgy connection because its one of the first things to wear. i have a volvo with 288000 and im on my 3rd ignition barrel.
however, if this happens only when statting the car, dont worry, its the onboards diagnostics. worry when lights stay lit.
take it to a mechanic
