Will my jvc chx 550 changer work with any other make of unit?



Answers:
Depends on the connection your changer and head unit use, however youcan buy universal cd changers that will ork on any compatible head unit ( one that will accept a changer already), also you could just buy the adapters that this changer uses instead to make your system fit into your unit!
One of the manafactures that were making these was Goodmans here in the UK.

It will probably work with all JVC headunits, they keep the connections the same across their models
No jvc have there own connection and will only fit jvc you very rarely get cd changers to fit other make head units
