Is it possible to get an emergency vehicle licence?

I am interested in getting an emergency vehicle licence for a private ambulance in Ireland. Is this possible? and will it have the same capabilities in an emergency situation with regard to traffic?

no it is not possible. emergencies in Ireland are responded to by the emergency services that are the garda sciochona, the fire brigade, the coast guard, the civil defence and some private ambulance service providers. you cant get an emergency vehicle licence and respond to emergencies yourself. if you would like to be in the emergency services i suggest you apply to join one of these organisations.
No, these licences are issued ONLY by the governmental departments or organisations they serve. private individuals CANNOT be issued an Emergency Service license.or we'd ALL want them!
