Try ebay. Failing that a car supermarket. Be carefull though. Don't be tempted to go to a small independantly owner garage unless they come with good recomendations. There are too many dodgy outfits around where cheap most definately does mean nasty.
I got a bargain off ebay recently and my boss bought an Alfa 156 from a car supermarket and saved about £2k on what he would have paid at a main dealer.
Depends, how cheap you wanna go, as their are not many S type Jags out there that are cheap unless they need allot of work!
I would recommend Ireland (the Republic) as the English pound is worth allot more than the Euro.
You could also try EBay or check out Auto Trader for Northern Ireland, as there is no VRT in England, you would only pay customs tax which won't add up top much really.
