Ariel Atom. If you dont mind the fact that its just a wheel barrow with a windshield. ( or in some cases no windshield) its legal on the road . and you will be able to smoke a lambo for soooo much less under 100k in USD at least

my volvo 760 estate.300 quid off eBay. four years ago, and its still going strong. last years MOT cost me 2 quid for a wiper blade.. thats what i call cheap motoring..and its a 2.4 straight 6 turbo diesel, so it does 40mpg at 80mph.
