Road tax for a smart car?

we have smart cars at work for our home carer's. They are very economical (ie petrol is around 55 pg). As for the road tax, I believe that since the budget in April, when the government changed the prices, it costs about £40 to tax the car. The insurance is around group 1 also but you will have to get a quote with you living in London.

From the 1st site below, a Smart Car has a CO2 emission of 113g/km and this means, from the 2nd site, the 12 months road tax for a petrol engined Smart is £40.
The London congestion charge is free for Smarts.
