depends how long ago the endorsement was, less than 5 and you will have a problem renting a car, more than 5 maybe. leasing a car is not an issue, but you will need to arrange the insurance and only one insurer that I know of will do a drink driver and that's called Tradex
Ring one of the Insurance brokers and get a quote, that way you will have better idea.
