It's a bit complicated really but here goes :- open your boot and if you look inside the boot behind the light there are 2 retainers ( bolts ) that hold the light onto the car , there's 1 at the top of the light covered by a plastic grommet on the trim and 1 at the bottom of the light , there should be a tool in your tool kit that fits them once they're undone the light should come away from the car , unplug the light and completely remove it from the car , now if you look at the back of the light there should be about 5 cross head screws which you undo to remove the bulb holder from the light , there should a screw driver in the tool kit , once this is off then you can change the bulb . Best thing is check the bulb is working by plugging the wires back in before you reassemble the light , once you have made sure the light's working unplug the bulb holder and screw it back onto the lamp then plug the wires back in and bolt it back to the car without using the tool if you can it should only be bolted hand tight it will take about half an hour if it's the first time you've done it . You have to go in through the rear of the car.
in your boot there is two plastic lugs at back of each light, undo these and the light will come away from outside. once that is done you can access the bulbs, should take about 5mins topside, dont know where other answer gets 30 mins from. maybe he is old and slow or because he works in a garage and charges people for a 30 min job that takes 5.
