Lowering a Peugeot 405 ?

My Pug 405 is in need of suspension as everything has gone all soft and there is alot of roll. I can do the job my-self but i was wandering if its a case of four lower springs and matched shocks , or do these cars have a rear torsion bar that need fiddled with. Serious answers only please!

Hope this helps the front are struts with springs , the back has torsion bars , providing you have the tools the back is easy enough to drop just have to make sure that you drop both sides evenly , if you're doing it yourself it's best to mark the position of the trailing arms before you start to strip the suspension as it gives you a point of reference
Ask a garage for advice (pretend its for a free estimate). If they're any good they'll tell you. Then say you're shopping round, be back if no better offer, and do it yourself. Simple, but sneaky, really.

other thing, does anyone know how to make the torsion bars in a way
