they are built into the car door so just get the door replaced
if the car has had this kind of accident check the sills and chassis and the insurance as this could be a class 3 write off

If your side-impact bars are damaged, then surely the doors must be stove-in as well? Have you had a crash? Has the car been properly assessed as to the amount of damge it has sustained? This sounds a bit scary.
get a door from the scrap yard, if your door pillar is ok that is.
