I've lost the code loads of times, but when calling the Ford Dealer the first time, they wouldn't give it to me over the phone, so you have to take your vehicle to them, and they will enter the code for you. Depending on the person who does it, they may give you the code, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

Any Ford dealer can call-up the radio code on their Oasis Data system. Cost you about a tenner.
Try to call a local Ford dealer. They probably have a book with a phone number that you might be able to call. You will be talking with the Ford company its seld.
see your ford dealer with your chassis number they will sort you out. tales say stick it in the freezer doubt it works though.
