It should take no longer than 28 days, you can phone or email them to see what the delay is.
join the club i phoned and phoned and all i got was excuses it finally came back with a letter saying that my identification wasn't good enough, so now its on its way back, who knows for how long this time. talk about red tape and bureaucracy and all this for a change of one digit in my address. boy i am angry
Call them and see whats happnening
Telephoning them is a waste of time. Write them a short precise letter and send it recorded, that worked for me, I received within 7 days.
I recently had a new licence and it didn't take too long at all. I would give them a call and chase it up!
