The blower in my BMW 3 Series 1997 is not working. Can anybody help !!!?

there is normally a little circuit board that controls the fan speeds, these boards burn out and the fan stops.
cant help with a location of it, normally close to the fan motor itself so at a guess passenger footwell.
Try a BMW garage!

My advice? Scrap it!
check the fuses! that may be it.
These are situated under the bonnet near to the windscreen so harder than most cars to get at to see if anything has jammed it but would definitely try the fuses first which are also under the bonnet on the passengers side
