I want to connect a new stereo cd player to my Mercedes 260e but the wiring is different? Which wires go where

The speakers are fine but in the car there is a brown, yellow and black and red and yellow wire. don't know where to put these. I am using a standard iso connector. There is +12v -12v and +/-12v options in the connector. HELP !!

you can buy a converter from your local auto parts that will fit perfectly no need to cut wires
one is continuas live then ignition live, lights on live then a earth which you might not need as the ariel will work as the earth. get a tester to tell whats what and the book with the cd player should tell you whats what there.

You should look into a Haynes automotive book (AutoZone) they have wiring diagrams in them that prove to extremly helpful. If you give up try taking it to a Century 2000 near you.
go somewhere like halfords and you can get an adaptor from merc multiplug to the mulitplug you require.
