well in my opinion a girl racer owns her own car and attempts to out do any boy racer who tries to over take her. she is most likely to have a small car, can to be bright pink and *utterly* stupid looking. it maybe fairer to describe her as a car modifier rather that a girl racer. Drives alone as no boy racer would want to be seen driven around by a bird. she is 20-25 and usually pleasing to the eye .
so therefor as you where to young to drive at the time you would be a a cruising girl 13-17 year old chavette sitting in the passenger seat of her boyfriend the boy racer. when her boyfriend meets his boy racer mates, the cruising girl remains seated, normally as trophy . he is basically only with her for a shag but takes her out for a cruise sometimes so he can show her off. these relationships tend not to last and the boy racer gets Bord with it and more romantically involved boy racer-cruising girl couple is allowed to touch his stereo wen he tells her to and his mates talk to her.
but at the end of the day we end up with older, employed variety of cruising girl this relationship is a better and grown up. not just a bit of skirt..

Im a modified car owner, with a clean licence. but if i get stopped doing below the legal speed limit im still a boy racer. i use my car for shows and as a hobby. As you live in the UK like i do, you are a girl racer until you buy a family car and dont drive it until your at least 30.
A girl racer is a girl that likes to race and drive at high speeds like a show off where as a cruising girl is one that drives normally not fast and just tours around with the window down probably with loud music on to get noticed
