I own a 1994 bmw m3 and would like to replace the door card speakers does anyone know where i can purchase?

Adaptors for the front doors can be found here http://www.nexxia.co.uk/speaker_adaptors. you will then be able to fit any aftermarket speakers of the correct size.

As for the wiring, you may need to chop off the old connections and crimp on some new terminals to fit the aftermarket speakers. Take it to a local Car Audio specialist, if you buy the speakers from them they shouldn't charge much for fitting them.
Any aftermarket stereo store will be able to advise you. I recommend Polk Audio.very good, high power, low profile speakers.
any decent place to buy car stereos would probably supply "custom Fits" that will drop straight into the existing holes
