Flights - times ??
Are all these times the English time? or is the time of arrival and return local time over there?
I don't want to miss my return flight because I'm going by the wrong time zone's time!
Answers:
Your departure and arrival times whenever you are travelling are the country of departure or arrivals local time, eg departure New York 18.00 is New York time, and arrival London 05.00 is london time. etc
Local time
It's always the local time.
i got booked in wizair or something like that and i got times zones in the country i will be at,
for example
when im in uk i got UK time
but when ill be in Italy depart is in Italian time :)
It is USUALLY in GMT (or BST) but don't risk it - phone the airline and check!
All times are local, at the airport of departure and arrival. Don't forget to reset your watch as you travel!
Im sure its the time you leave GMT but time you get there the destinations time and coming back their time but GMT time for arrival time. Check it out with your travel agent anyway just to be sure.
departure times are always shown in local time, so are arrival times. So if you are flying from Heathrow to New York the ticket shows the local time at heathrow for departure and the local time for New York for arrival.
The local time takes the summer time thing into account too. You should phone the airline and check, though!
It is local time. If you are in London it's London time. If you are in Hollywood, California USA it is the local time.
The times will be "Local" ie:- Dependant upon the Time-Zone of your destination,
