regularly fail this is situated on the air intake pipe between the air filter box and the intake manifold new one from Vauxhall will set you back from about £90 to about £200 depending on engine size and year there are some aftermarket one available so it's worth phoning you local factors they are not repairable under normal circumstances easy to fit ( 2 jubilee clips )
