Lemon wash is the only soultion, keepsome lemon inside your car, for some days top get rid of the smell.
omg.that's bad..i think you gonna have a good dry cleaning inside ur car..wash the mat and leave the doors open to let the air and sun shine so that the smell would get lost..=)
The problem with any cleaning products that are meant for cars is that none of them can stop it being a confined space. So no matter what you use to clean it as soon as your car has been locked up again for a few hours the smell will be back until it fades out. The lemon idea is good and I'd say use a good upholstery cleaner and get yourself a good airfreshner and resign yourself to driving about with the windows open for a while.
try throwing a bunch of baking soda around where the stuff spilled, let it sit for a day or so then vacuum it up. also you can try sprinkling some vinegar on your carpets that`s a great odor neutralizer also.

yuck! poor you! Have you thought about trying a solution of "Jeyes Fluid", it is an outdoor disinfectant designed to get rid of smells like cat pee and dog muck and it works! It has a pleasant, tarry, liqcourice type smell and it wares off in time.
Don't carry any raw fish in yr car anymore, that shld sort it out for the future!..;)

but seriously, for the carpeted areas, use a mixture of 1/3 white vinegar to 2/3 warm water and scrub it in. let it set about 1/2 hour then vaccume. after it has dried COMPLETELY! sprinkle baking soda on it and let that set, the longer, the better. also if you have an ashtray put some baking soda in there. anything that is not carpeted put the vinegar/warm water mix into a spray bottle and spritz. even on the windows. white vinegar does marvels cleaning! and gets the smell out.

it helps get rid of the smell of most things and leaves a fresh scent (the lemon scented works best)
just give in plenty of fresh air after that and the car will smell fresh again

Coconut cream should smell okay - but probably looks pretty disgusting on the upholstery! Tomatoes don't smell too bad, but mixed with the coconut cream might look really awful! Proprietary upholstery cleaner should sort those two out.
Onions? Well, they say that if you have a chopping board that smells of garlic, that you should rub it with fresh parsley leaves. I don't know if that will work in the car, but it has got to be worth a try. Just get a bunch of parsley and bruise it a bit - then leave the posy in the car for a couple of days.
Raw fish? Lemon is the usual answer, but it depends on if the fish juices are in the carpet and/or upholstery. If the juices are in then I am afraid that you will have to suffer them for a while and get used to them.
Only option? A very strong air fresheners - they don't freshen the air, they just mask the smell - but they will make your car smell better on Monday morning!

If it's on the carpets, you would be quicker chucking out the carpets and visiting a breakers yard and getting hold of replacements for a few or is that Phew! quid. Probably goes for the seats as well, did somebody put a fish to rot under your carpet, a dirty trick as seen in 'Grumpy old men' Jack lemmon, and Walt M.
