have you tried any scrap yards? if you are in the uk and want a new patterned one (as main dealers are silly money) try SEL IMPERIAL, i cant remember their addy, but they should have a website, they do bumpers, headlights etc. if you do manage to get one from a scrappy, i think you'll be lucky to get one in the colour you want, but getting it sprayed shouldn't be too much
Contact a ford dealers near you and ask for the parts department they will tell u the price and you can buy it from them direct, its handy to have your chassis number when you phone them they might ask for it.
