Does the aerial come off on a 2003 Saxo?

yes they do. standing at the drivers side turn it anti clockwise.
you may need a pair of pliers to assist you, they cease up tight.
Try looking in the drivers handbook.

Seriously though, yes - it should just screw off anti-clockwise. It may well be pretty tight though.
It should..just unscrew it.
