How do I wire and fit a Cigarette Lighter Socket in my 1998 Vauxhall Corsa??

My 1998 Vauxhall Corsa has a hole where the cigarette lighter should be just underneath the radio. I bought one from halfords and I was wondering if any one can help say which wires to use and what fuses are best. Does the radio need to be removed?? Its probably really simple but I havent a clue!!

Answers:
If you want it powered at all times-red wire to + of battery with a fuse in-line(10 amp, that's the maximum the socket is designed for anyway) within 6 inches of the terminal, this is the easiest way, so just do that.
The black wire goes to earth(not the ground but a metal screw that connects to earth.)
you could run the black wire to - of battery while your putting the red one there.
You'll just have to find a hole(with a rubber grommet) through to the engine compartment, look in the engine bay at the back and you will see some wires and cables going through to the inside of the car, simply put your wires through these!
good luck
it would be easyer to buy a light
try in the wiring fool

could someone supply a link to what I need to order for this cigarette lighter installation.

Searched for ages, don't really know what I'm looking for

Many Thanks
