best way be honest straight forward and list to him your assets to his company if he hires you as professionally as possible. id probably finalize the letter also with something like i know i don't have much experience but i am very willing to learn and will be a very hard working employee . and BTW there are many companies prefer inexperienced employees this gives them the advantage of training them how they'd like without having to un-program what others have taught them
ask boyfriend to put a good word in for you.

How did your boyfriend get the job? Maybe try the same method as him.
Go back to Poland and learn proper English first
ask your loverboy to speak to manager for you
just keep your eyes peeled for vacancies.
get your boyfriend just to casually ask if any positions are coming up at work.

Just go into the supermarket. You normally have to fill in application form. Ask your boyfriend to speak to someone where he works.
