the st220 is a very good car, especially the latest 3.0 ones, they're 222bhp so slightly more powerfull than the Honda. I think the mondeo looks better, as the accord is getting abit dated now, allthough I am considering getting one for myself lol. Honda doesn't have very good ventilation, you'll find the screen will take ages to clear! The mondeo will also have more toys to play with, and will have more torque. The Honda will be more reliable, as it has the mysterious VTECH in there! Good luck with the choice mate

There a lots of decent motors in your budget so why narrow it down to these two, You could buy a Montego Turbo, go just as fast and have several extra holidays, or do a loft conversion, or buy a shed or a new top of the range ride on mower.
The honda. Clarkson (from top gear) has tested the ford and what he said about it was bleeped out.
Strangely, he likes the normal Mondeo though.

The Choice, as they say .. is yours. As has been said, Clarkson did slag the Mondeo something chronic, he called it dangerous, but then so is the guy's hair.
