Can i conect fuel solonoid permantly on .on a audi 80?

conecting terminals in solonoid together so fuel pump is permantly on as a temp measure

Answers:
No get a new fuel pump relay .
NO ANN do not attempt to do this as the fuel will build up your insurance co wont be impreessed and a spark will be nasty to the vapour and you DONT DO IT
The pump runs off a relay and is turned on by that. Why would you want to run it when the car is off?
No way! your engine will flood and your over fueling will damage you and your engine.
