I am travelling this Friday from Heathrow. Is the airport back to normal? Any advice on the time I should allow for queues?
Answers:
Add an extra hour to your check in time just to be on the safe side. I am guessing they will further relax baggage rules soon to take some of the pressure off the airport staff so hopefully by Friday you'll be OK!

Yes there are still delays. You should check in at least 2 hours before the flight.. I personally wouldm prolly go 3 hours early just to be safe. You can only carry a laptop sized bag and still no liquids, cosmetics or toothpasted on the plane. Liquid medicine must be validated by the airport pharmacy.
