Scratched the bonnet on my new Golf?

Trapped a bit of grit in the polishing cloth while cleaning my car. Now have deepish swirling marks left in paintwork. Tried Autoglym paint renovator and T-Cut but no joy. Any suggestions other than re-spray?

Answers:
you can buy a cutting compound which is a bit more aggressive than t-cut your probably have to go some where that sales paint to painters and buy a mop(electric polisher) to aid you in removing the swirls.good luck
DOH...that's gotta hurt man.
You had a small problem then let it get bigger. Go see a professional detailer.
You could try taking it to a valeting company to see if it will polish out using a power polisher, but I fear if T cut didnt help you have little choice.
Oooops... time to see a pro!
i wish i had a new golf, there is a company called bilt hamber in billericay essex that do all sorts of products and has its own website.
