Mark 6 Escort TDX brakes don't appear to work?

The garage has replaced the pads , the discs and the servo and they still don't work. Has anyone any ideas about whats causing this. The garage is very good and it's not his fault he can't find problem. I need HELP!

you may want to have the brake flexi's checked?
every now and then,the inside of the flexi corrodes and collapes's due to irregular brake fluid change's,
the recommended interval is every 20,000miles,
the easiest way to tell if it needs replacing is if you take the cap off the reservior,the fluid should be a clear gold colour,any other colour is'nt good,

Drive VERY slowly!
enigne off pump the brake pedal until it goes hard, then keep your foot pressed on brake and start the engine, if the pedal does not move as you have pressure on it then possibly the vacuum pump
