Psv drivers hours,?

does all time behind the wheel count as driving hours. or as my employer insist time waiting at bus station boarding passengers doesnt count.

Answers:
The laws are (assuming you are on domestic laws, not EC):

5.5 cumulative or continous driving then a 30 min break

8.5 hours cumulative driving, total breaks to amount to 45 minutes, allowing a maximum of 7.75 hours of actual driving.

Your employer should also give you 30 min (in the 8.5 hr day) to have a refreshment.

The laws apply to driving only, you are not driving while sat in a bus station, which is why you are given the 30 min refresh break.
