Answers:
"I've travelled out to Ongar
On the dear old Central Line
I even went to Ruislip
In Nineteen Forty Nine."

It is on the Central Line.
Buff
It used to be at the end of the Central line, but they closed it because they weren't making enough money out of it, and now the Central line ends at Epping.
It used to be on London Underground's Central Line, but no longer. It is now a private preserved railway, which does not currently connect with the Central Line terminus at Epping, but according to the websites, they hope to get back to Epping soon and provide a connection.
Hope that helps.

That part of the Central Line which used to run between Epping and Ongar now belongs to a private organisation called "The Epping and Ongar Railway" (there's a surprise!) and they sometimes - but rarely - run their two car DMU (I think it's an old 118 but I may be wrong) on certain Sundays. They have a few bits and pieces stored at Ongar, but there's not a great deal of activity at the moment - a state of indecision, I believe!
