Go to www.petrolprices.com, and you can get a daily update emailed to you for the cheapest prices within your local area.
Probably ASDA - their prices are usually pretty good anyway but, if you use their storecard, you get a 2p per litre discount!

here in the u.s. with the volume comes the discount, but always
be careful. you get what you pay for !! and diesels require very very clean fuel or you may end up paying a lot more for engine repair. and never get fuel if the filling station is getting fuel.
you dump several thousand gallons into a tank to be dispensed,
and you stir up all of the sediment at the bottom of those tanks, if i see a tanker at a gas station here, I go the next one
