Gear problems?

Could be your syncromesh chip is faulty, but try really depressing the clutch hard, it may just be a sticky clutch. If this fixes it then you need to get the clutch cable adjusted. Thats a simple and cheap job at most garages.
What model?
Simple, you bought a Toyota instead of a quality German Marque!
when you shift between gears theres a part that syncornizes the shift, or transitions. I forgot what the part is called, but i think thats your problem, the part is bad.
its like $200 bucks for a rebuilt trani, any answers better then none so it wasn't a better one.
