Ford Maverick, nissan terrano 1996 Turbo?

Im having a problem on my Maverick/Terrano with the turbo.
I recently had a new engine put in and the Turbo was seized on the new engine so i swapped it over from the one that was on the origional engine which worked, but i still have no turbo. When i accelerate it seems flat but i know the turbo is a good one.
