I hear that bristol has the highest bus prices in the uk we pay 4.50 for a firstday (Day Rider) before 9.00am and 3.60 after i am wandering if people can tell me how much they pay a day

Answers:
In Stoke we pay £3.50 for a firstday ticket. That's expensive, but I think you're right, Bristol is more expensive than anywhere, even London!
You should think yourself lucky that you have buses! I am in the remote highlands and besides being expensive, they are few and far between.
I get the train whenever I need to in Bristol the severn beach line you can go from Lawrence hill to Clifton for £1 or less if you have a rail card. If there are four of you get a group saver and it only cost £2.40 all together for a return from Lawrence hill to clifton.

It is outragous the price of busses here it can cost me £4 to get to clifton and back on the bus.
It's cheaper to but a Multi-journey Ticket in Bristol.

I get the bus from just outside Bristol, and it costs me £21 for 12 journeys.
All day ticket in Hull about £2.20
