Faulty volvo s80 2.9 auto gearbox, can anybody help?
Because I may not be able to fix it and due to nobody being able to supply a 4 speed auto box for the 2.9 if anybody does know where I could locate one in the UK (preferably) I'd love to know. I tried all the websites but most of them respond with a chuckle and a "not even god could locate a used one of those"! Any help would certainly be appreciated

they laugh because volvo's built for there are suppose to be standards.There a place to go,type in swedish bricks in your search bar.
try Volvo and price it plus ask them which country sold the most of that car then u have a platform for searching. at least you could turn up something in the right direction. but the fault is either a sensor failure that's giving the reading or the thing is knackered you could try to stick a manual to it if your that stuck
