Ford Escort Creaking?

I have a ford escort. 10 years old. When driving it creaks on bumpy surfaces. What I need to know is. Would it be the suspension or shock absorbers. Ive had the same trouble on a rear wheel drive car a few years ago and it was the king pins. I`m not sure however on a front wheel drive escort.. Ta for looking

could be the shock absorbers, top suspension mounts, anti roll bar drop links, anti roll bar bushes, or wishbone bushes sorry for the list but it really could be any of them, garage to narrow it down.
would think it is the front wishbone bushes that have split
Buy some rubber lubricant from Pep Boy's and use it on the rubber suspension, steering and wishbone bushings.
Noise when going over bumps can come from a lot things with a car that old. Struts mounts make a popping and creak. I've heard creaks come from tie rod ends and ball joints too. Also check sway bar and control arm bushing as well.
It could also be squeaky springs. Be cautious the kind of lube you put on bushings.some may make the rubber go bad--worse than they already are.
