You need to remove the trim on the side of the footwell, behind there you will see the 2 bolts you are trying to get at. Good Luck
Screw a new one after removing the old one.
as above these wings are bolt on no welding or anything else .take out the 4 or 6 bolts then replace with new wing ,bolt on and away we go
bolts along the top of the wing and with the door open a couple more secure the wing to the pillar you may have to pop the indicator out and then remove wing.
