Bmw 740 a knocking noise comes from front left corner when warm? Garage cant find the answer, sounds very bad?

Sounds like something is going to collapse!! But been like it now for 2 years, changed wishbones and track rods, still the same. When I press the brake when it is making thenoise, this adds a groaning noise. Please help!!

Answers:
Check the thrust arm bushings, they will thump when snapping the brake when going slow. The center link will creak and knock when turning slow and worse when hot. These are both common problems for the 740 at about 100-120k. Also check the stabilizer links. They are very cheap and make a clunking type noise over small bumps. They connect they sway bar to the strut assembly. A BMW shop will know right where to look for this complaint.
Has the garage checked the bushes?
Have it "stolen" for the insurance money. And buy a different car.
Balljoints? has it got ABS? that might be faulty
Sounds like the ball joint to me which can be dangerous if left!
bearing ?_ housing worn
Check all bushings first. Also it could be caused by a warn strut mount.

Tie rods could be another problem area, especially if the noise gets louder when you turn the steering wheel.
