Lancer
Evo 4 looks hideous, definitely S-type!
L6 is very inexpensive for an auto.
Strange options. I would have said the two cars couldn't be more different to each other. The Jag will be a luxury cruiser, the Evo is a sports bruiser.

I wouldn't know what to say, it just seems to me to be an odd pair to choose between.
6-7 K - cost to keep are important - my guess.
Maintance for Jgs is high, but predictible
Maintance for Evo can be very high. If you going to save on evo running costs - better stay with simple Lancer OZ.

Two different cars.
Go for the Jag as long as it comes with a big engine. The powerful ones have nigh on as much power as an Evo 4, and an Evo is a sort of neon illuminated sign telling the world you have no penis if your a guy.
