How do i fix the central locking on a Peugeot 306?

Answers:
You don't. You take it to a car alarm specialist. (yes! they usually can fix anything to do with locks
do this and that
Take it to a Peugeot dealers..LOL!
check your fuses and wires.
depends on what model and year, either take to the dealer and if you cant afford that go to halfords and they sell full manual books about most cars. including peugeot. I have a book on peugeot 306 but obviously I cant get it to you. would help if you gave the year. By the way best car going and they stopped it.
Without more specifics on what the actual fault is with the central locking it is hard to diagnose.
A common problem on the 306 is the multiplugs that join the wiring harness for the door to the car.In the door 'shut' there is a round plug and if you turn the outside of it anticlockwise it will seperate.take a look closely at the small metal pins and you will probably find some either look slightly burnt or green from dampness.Give the contacts a good clean then reconnect and test.
Failing this you may find the wiring could be broken inside the rubber sheathing in the same area, where the doors have been opened & closed so many times.
Check both front doors.
Hope this helps.
weld all doors closed.
