Problems starting fiat punto,?

Is immoboliser fitted or is the key broke?
Get a better car then..
if you know for certain that fuel is getting there and there is a spark at the plugs then it should start, might be rough but it will start, take out a plug, rest it on the block with the HT lead connected and see if a spark jumps across the electrode and that the engine spins fast enough, repeat this for each plug, you should be able to smell the petrol if its getting through
Just write a letter of complaint and email it to the head office of Fiat. World class service for a new car?
