Where can I get a Head Gas Kit for Renault Clio(L-Reg) in Chelmsford/Essex?

Forget going to a breakers yard, if your head gaskets gone then you need a new one. You cannot reuse an old one, not you'd even get it out in one piece anyway.
Your only bet is to find the local motor factors, a gasket set is on about £20 / 40 for most cars.
Bear in mind that as you don't seem to know what a head gasket actually is, I would recomend you don't even try and attempt the job. It takes a proper mechanic a day to do it with all the tools, and if the blocks warped (you'll never be able to tell) and you rebuild it, it'll just blow again almost instantly. Do you understand about cam timing and how to set it up If not then you'll have to take it to a garage anyway.
Gas kit or Gasket?
if your fitting it yourself, search for a breakers/scrap yard on the net, you will probably have to get dirty to get it and remember to take your tools.
try ebay they seem to have everything i just got an engine for a mk2 Cortina good luck .
