Hi is a uk LGV licence valid for employment within europe?

for example if i past my LGV in the UK could i go & work in spain for a spanish haulage firm

as long as the country your going to is a member of the eu ure hgv is ok

I believe Bob the Builder is right. That's the only way to be 100% certain. But I'm sure it would be valid in the EU, at least. Wouldn't be much use if it wasn't, obviously.
