You really could do a LOT worse than hunt on smartgroups or yahoo for MR2 owner clubs - and to perhaps be a tiny bit more specific about the sort of "chip" you actually want..

Your best bet is to search it out right here on the Internet, do a Yahoo search for chips for your car. There are a few different companies that make them, and they each work a little different, when it come to putting a chip in a car, do your self a favor and spend the time researching it out. And asking others who have put chips into the same car what their impressions are.
