806 has i think a turbo wastegate fault, intermittent boost or not , any gear, scanner sugsts Turbo solA, swaped it,same result. sometimes just lifting off and putting throttle down gets boost, what else is in the circuit and would be the most likley culprit

Scanners usually bring up a certain fault when it is actually something smaller along the chain of order sending this reading. You need to find someone with good experience on these items.
othrwise you will keep going around in circles. Ask as many auto electricians as you can. Main dealer usually dont hav a clue
I would suggest taking it to a peugeot dealer just for a diagnosis test. The result may stop you from wasting loads of time changing everything.
