Normally, Black is earth, Red is permanent live, and Yellow is switched live. You may also have other colours. Such as Blue for electric aerial power.

The first guys answer was pretty good but if you still want a factory wiring diagram and you cant find one in the owners manual then go to your local toyota dealership and ask them to print you out one.I`ve done this on several occasions and they were more than happy to help.
